Gear Up is offering an online family course for anyone who wants to learn more about senior year processes (applications, FAFSA, RDS, etc). It will be a 5 week course that will be held on Tuesdays at 8pm through Zoom. It is not necessary to attend all sessions.
Here is the tentative agenda:
Aug 27: Introduction and Overview (i.e., senior year checklist)
Sept. 3: Postsecondary Options and RDS
Sept. 10: Paying for College Part 1 (general financial aid info)
Sept. 17: Applications
Sept. 24: Paying for College Part 2 (specific FAFSA info)
