Anyone who does not have access to a VR headset will still be able to watch the 360 degree videos on a phone or computer, toggling controls to pan left and right, up and down. The app was developed by a Gear Up grant in the piedmont region of the state (so the perks mentioned in the article above are not offered with the Appalachian Partnership Gear Up Grant (ie. VR googles).
